    Oh my gosh!....i was searching for a project and i saw this picture and it said future news boys and im like that can't be the band....b/c like i loooooove the News Boys!!! So i read the article and was like OH MY GOSH!!!! so i showed my best friend the picture and shes like dude thats trippn' u mean he's one of "them" like she did the whole bunny ears things...shes ubsessed with you guys!!! anyways.....this is mind blowing and....wow....i'm thanking God for showing me this picture!!!! wow! anyways...thats my two cents on the issue....wowza! hehe

    Hi Josh...this is me, "Silver C", the Christian rapper, with God's help, put on that convention, "Hip Hop For Jesus", in 1993, in which is believed to have been the first ever national (and international, one of the rappers came from Barbados and others from coast to coast- LA, New York, Nebraska, Illinois, etc) Christian rap convention. It is very kind and comforting and all glory to God to hear how this convention touched you and perhaps others that I may not be aware of, until I get to heaven. Lady J is now "Lady J/Mirage". All the best to you, Jon...since the convention, I was married and had a family-have a son which has been my first ministry. I may begin rapping again (as a Christian rapper again- "Silver C"), but in the meantime, I just wanted to post this so that you know that I eventually saw this, after so many years (shocked/glad to have found this online)...and glad to have met you and thank you again for your wonderful posting and God bless.     (Add'l info) Embassies of Christ church in Gary, IN (www.embassiesofchrist.biz) has a Christian rapper, whose name is Joy Oliver...she is actually great, a mighty woman of God...can pack a powerful punch in delivering the Word of God with excellence, clarity, practicality and today's wisdom and also, happen to be the Pastor's daughter (though she is no where near the negative things heard of Pastor's children). Check her out, as well.... Joy Oliver...she has info on the website, as well, including where she will be ministering and in purchasing her CD. Take care, Praise God and God's blessings. ***
