I'm gonna start a company and I want to incorporate in Del.
What did you have to do for TFF?
Who did you go through?
Once we're bombin', we may have some contracts for you. Potential for LOTS of web dev.
Holla' at me, I'll give you the poop.

i used legalzoom.com to incorporate, and i'm sure i did incorporate in delaware as well. take a look at their site and i can answer any questions. the short of it is that you need to have a physical address in the state you incorporate in, which legalzoom sets up for you, and that's nearly it (well you'll have to make sure your name is unique).
the second thing is, i have started a new job as of this monday, so i'm not doing independent contracting for a while! hit me up and let me know what's going down, though, anyway. i'm out in NYC this week on my first assignment, which technically i kinda started (not on site) before i was fulltime(already--what fun).
