beats.com domain scare

    Hello. I am a developer at dotmaniac.com. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the domain you have registered through us.

    In an effort to better understand the problem you had, I was wondering if you have any sort of spam filtering that may have blocked our renewal notices?

    sincerest apologies if this is the case--allow me to update my blog as well. i do run spam filtering, although i regularly check anything that is filtered out, and didn't see a renewal notice.

    i *will* throw that up as a possibility in the entry, and definitely appreciate your post!

    and while i'm thinking about it--props on the speed of the renewal. i was afraid with the form that i used that it wouldn't have taken place, but monday morn (i believe) we were right back online.
